Why it works
The details that decide whether a turn lands on time
Most flooring problems are not product problems. They are sequencing problems, substrate problems and communication problems — so that is where we put the effort.
- Dye lots held across a property. Unit 12 in March matches unit 12 again in September. Nothing worse than a corridor that changes color.
- Moisture tested before glue-down. Slab-on-grade gets tested and called out in the quote, not discovered as a change order on install day.
- Line-item quotes. Product, labor, freight and prep shown separately, so you can see exactly what moves when the spec changes.
- Supply-only is a real option. If you have your own crew, take the material at contract pricing and keep the labor in house.
