Concordia Floors supplies and installs flooring for multi-family and residential customers across Seattle, Tacoma, the Eastside, Federal Way and the surrounding Puget Sound region.
The short version
Flooring focused on property management, real estate and general contracting
That focus is deliberate. Retail flooring is built around one homeowner choosing one floor over several weekends. Contract flooring is a different job: volume pricing, held dye lots, spec matching, phased schedules, and a crew that shows up in the window it was given.
We carry 40 collections across broadloom carpet, carpet tile, luxury vinyl, sheet vinyl and mineral-core laminate — deliberately curated rather than endless, so that everything in the catalog is something we are willing to stand behind on a property we will be back to next quarter.
And because plenty of our customers already have installers, material-only supply is a genuine option rather than an upsell trap. Take the goods at contract pricing and keep the labor in house.

Show up when we said we would
The whole business rests on this. A flooring crew that arrives on the agreed day is worth more to a property manager than a slightly lower per-yard number.
Quote what it will actually cost
Prep, freight and waste factors go in the quote up front. We would rather lose a job on an honest number than win it on one that grows.
Say when the cheaper option is right
Not every unit needs a 20 mil wear layer. Specifying up when it is not warranted is how you lose a repeat client.
Leave the site clean
Old material removed, debris hauled, common areas swept. It is the last impression anyone has of the job.
