Both, though our pricing and scheduling are built around trade volume. Homeowners are welcome — many come to us through an agent who is prepping a listing — and you will get the same product range and the same crews.
Yes. Material-only supply is a standard option at contract pricing, delivered to your job site or warehouse. There is no requirement to take the labor, and no penalty pricing for declining it.
Most written quotes go out within one to two business days of the measure. If you send square footage and product direction with your request, we can often give you a budget range the same day.
A single-unit apartment turn is usually one day. A full main floor in a house is typically one to two days. Multi-unit runs are scheduled as a block with a phased calendar you get up front.
Yes, both — and they are quoted as their own line items rather than buried in a lump sum. If we find conditions beyond the quoted scope, we price the difference in writing before we proceed.
Slab installations get moisture tested before any glue-down product goes down. If the readings come back high we will tell you what mitigation costs before you commit, rather than discovering it on install day.
Often, yes. Send us a photo and any product information you have. If the exact collection is discontinued we will find the closest current equivalent and show you samples side by side.
Yes — for multi-unit properties we reserve material so units turned months apart still match. This is one of the main reasons property managers consolidate flooring with a single supplier.
